Car washes in the United States come in four main formats: the express tunnel, where you stay in the car while a conveyor pulls it through brushes or high-pressure jets; the full-service wash, where attendants vacuum and wipe down the interior after the tunnel; the self-service bay with a coin or card-operated pressure wand, foam brush and vacuums; and the hand wash, where a crew washes and dries the car by hand. Touchless tunnels skip the cloth brushes entirely and rely on chemicals and water pressure, which is gentler on paint but less effective on heavy grime. Most express chains sell an unlimited monthly plan, usually priced at two to three single washes, that is only worth it if you wash more than twice a month. Gas stations often bundle a discounted wash with a fill-up.

**High Alert:** This company does not care about the community. Memorial Day weekend, Saturday: I took my classic Crown Victoria, which I named Victoria, to the car wash. Everything was fine until the car wash strips grabbed my windshield wiper and ripped it off, leaving it hanging to the side of the car. I asked for a manager to report what had happened. The lady I spoke to said the manager wasn't in, but she reviewed the footage and explained that, due to my car being 30 years old, there wasn't much they could do. However, she provided me with the manager's contact information. The next day, I went to see the manager. After I showed him the damage, he accused me of having my windshield wipers on in 72-degree weather. I have lived in this community for over nine years and work as a housing advocate, helping people find housing. I love this community and always strive to support its members. I am also part of the "Buy Nothing" movement to ensure that people's needs are met. For a business to come into our community and disregard my classic Crown Victoria without taking any responsibility feels incredibly disrespectful. They didn't even ask if I would like a free car wash or offe

I appreciate the quality service here, but there are a few improvements that would make the experience even better. Specifically, the hoses could be longer to make it easier to reach around larger vehicles like SUVs. Additionally, upgrading to cordless soap dispensers would be a great enhancement. Thanks for considering this feedback!

Very disappointed with this car wash. My windshield developed a huge crack from the top edge down toward the middle immediately during/right after the wash. There was no visible damage before entering the car wash. I reported the issue on-site right away, and the staff took my report and told me someone from the office would contact me within 2 days. Nobody ever called. I later tried reaching out multiple times, but the manager never answered or followed up. Accidents can happen, but ignoring customers afterward and avoiding communication is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Lots of vacuum stations, self-serve bays, along with the convenient drive-through toothless car wash. Appreciate having access to clean rags and spray bottles right in the service area to make it a one-stop shop!
